Holland
A few years back I was so lucky as to have visited the Netherlands with my Mom and my Mom in law. We had so much fun and that is why it made me so happy when I saw these clay sculptures on Etsy! Tea Towels
So I don't know if I have mentioned this before but I LOVE screenprinting! The process is so cool and allows for so many possibilities. Lately I have mostly been using it in my glass studio practice but I have also been hankering to try and make some tea towels. I know I know.... why tea towels? Well I love them too, my interior design side loves how they can bring colour and pattern into the kitchen in a subtle way.
Of course I had to make some with a doily pattern!
I also made some in a subtle peony print. The tea towels are just plain 100% cotton but I decided to dip dye them for an ombre effect in honour of Spring!
